Kossuth punches ticket to state championship game

Kossuth used the same recipe that has seen them win 47 games the last two season to punch their ticket to the championship final. None of their other wins were bigger then their 64-59 victory over Forest on Wednesday to lock their spot in the state championship game.

That last point proved to be the difference as the Lady Aggies hit 26 of 32 free throws in the second half to seal the win.

Kossuth got a team high 25 points and 14 rebounds from Zoe Essary to set up a state title final with Belmont on Saturday. Faith Williamson and Regan Bobo each added 11 points.
