Kossuth volleyball starts season with pair of big wins in sweeping fashion

The Kossuth Volleyball Lady Aggies have started the 2019 season off with a bang and a pair of big wins over solid non district opponents.

On Tuesday, Kossuth went on the road to Hickory Flat and took on a very good Lady Rebels team where they came away with a 3-0 sweep, 27-25, 27-25, 25-21.

On Thursday, the Lady Aggies took on Saltillo in a home matchup, again coming away with the sweep in dominating fashion, 25-13, 25-15, 25-10.

The volleyball girls are back in action on Saturday at the Alcorn Central Invitational.
